3:1 ANd wryte vnto the angell of the congregacion of Sardis: this sayth he that hath the sprete of god/ and the vij. starres. I knowe thy workſ/ thou haste a name that thou lyveste/ and thou are deed. ANd wryte vnto the messenger of the congregacion of Sardis: this sayth he that hath the sprete of god/ and the vii. starres. I knowe thy workes/ thou haste a name that thou lvyest/ and thou art deed. ANd wryte vnto the messenger of the cōgregacion of Sardis: this sayth he that hath the sprete of God and the .vij. starres. I knowe thy workes: thou haste a name that thou lyuest/ & thou arte deed. ANd wryte vnto the angell of the congregacion off Sardis: this sayth he that hath the seuen spretes of God, & the seuen starres. I knowe thy workes, thou hast a name that thou lyuest, and thou art deed.
3:2 Be awake and strengthe the thyngſ which remayne/ that are redy to deye. For I have not founde thy workſ perfaycte before god Be awake and strength the thynges which remayne/ that are redy to dye. 3:3 Remember therfore howe thou hast receaved and hearde/ ād holde faste/ and repent. Yf thou shalt not watche/ I wyll come on the as a thefe/ and thou shalt not knowe what houre I wyll come apon the. Remember therfore how thou hast receaved and hearde/ and hold faste/ & repēt. 3:4 Thou haste a feawe names in Sardis/ which have not defyled their garmentes/ and they shall walke with me in whyte/ for they are worthy. 3:5 He that overcommeth shalbe clothed in whyte araye/ and I will not put out his name out of the boke of lyfe/ and I will confesse his name before my father/ ād before his āgellſ. He that overcometh shalbe clothed in whyte araye/ & I will not put out his name out of the boke of lyfe/ and I will confesse his name before my father/ and before his angelles. 3:6 Let hym that hath earys heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares/ heare/ what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him yt hath eares, heare, what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions.
3:7 And wryte vnto the angell off Philadelphia: This sayth he that is holy and true/ which hath the kaye off David: which openyth and noman shutteth/ and shutteth and no man openeth. And wryte vnto ye tydingſ bringer of ye cōgregaciō of Philadelphia: this sayth he yt is holy & true/ which hath ye keye of Dauid: which openyth & nomā shutteth/ & shutteth & no mā openeth. And wryte vnto the tydinges bringer of the congregacion of Philadelphia: this sayth he that is holy & true/ which hath the keye of Dauid: which openith & no man shutteth/ & shutteth & no man openeth. And wryte vnto ye angell of the cōgregaciō of Philadelphia: this sayth he yt is holy and true, which hath the keye of Dauid: which openyth and noman shutteth, and shutteth and no man openeth.
3:8 I knowe thy workſ. Beholde I have set before the an open doore/ and no man can shutt hit/ for thou haste a lyttell strengthe/ and haste kepe my sayngſ: and haste/ not denyed my name. I knowe thy workes. Beholde I have set before the an open doore/ and no man can shut it/ for thou haste a lyttell strengthe and haste kept my sayinges: and haste not denyed my name. I knowe thy workes. Beholde I haue set before the an open dore/ & no mā can shut it for thou hast a litell strēgthe & haste kept my sayinges: & haste not denyed my name. I knowe thy workes. 3:9 Beholde. I put them of the congregacion of Sathan/ which call them selves Iewes and are not/ butt do lye. Beholde. I will make them that they shall come and worshippe before thy fete: and shall knowe that I have loved the. Beholde I make them of the congregacion of Sathan/ which call them selves Iewes and are not/ but do lye: Beholde: I will make them that they shall come and worshippe before thy fete: and shall knowe that I love the. Beholde I make them of the congregacion of Sathan/ which call them selues Iewes and are not/ but do lye: Beholde/ I will make them that they shall come and worshyppe before thy fete: and shall knowe that I loue the. Beholde, I shal geue some of the congregacion of Sathan, which call them selues Iewes and are not, but do lye: Beholde: I wil make them, that they shal come & worshippe before thy fete: and shal knowe that I haue loued the.
3:10 Be cause thou hast kept the wordes of my pacience/ and I wyll kepe the from the houre of tēptacion/ which will come apō all the worlde/ to tempte them that dwell apon the erth. Because thou hast kept ye wordes of my paciēce/ therfore I will kepe ye frō the houre of tēptacion/ which will come vpō all ye worlde/ to tempte them yt dwell vpō the erth. Because thou hast kept the wordes of my paciēce therfore I will kepe the frō the houre of tēptacion which will come vpō all the worlde/ to tēpte them that dwell vpō the erth. Because thou hast kept the wordes of my pacience, therfore wil I kepe the from the houre of temptacion, which will come vpon all the worlde, to tempte them that dwell vpō the earth.

3:12 Hym that overcommeth will I make a pyllar in the tēple off my God/ and he shall goo no more oute. And I will wryt apon hym/ the name off my god/ ād the name off the cite off my god/ newe Ierusalē/ which cōmeth doune oute of hevyn from my god and I will wryte apon hym my newe name. Him that overcōmeth/ will I make a pyllar in the temple of my God/ & he shall goo no more oute. And I will wryt vpō him/ the name of my God/ & the name of ye cite of my god/ newe Ierusalē/ which cōmeth doune oute of hevē frō my God/ & I will wryte vpon him my newe name. Him that ouercōmeth/ will I make a pyllar in the temple of my God/ & he shall go no more oute. And I will write vpon him/ the name of my God/ & the name of the cite of my God/ newe Ierusalē: which cōmeth doune out of heauen frō my God/ & I will write vpō him my newe name. Him that ouer commeth, will I make a pyllar in the temple of my God, and he shal goo no more out. And I will wryte vpon him, the name of my God, and the name of ye cite of my God, newe Ierusalem, which cōmeth downe out of heauen from my God, and I will wryte vpō him my newe name.
3:13 Let hym that hath eares/ heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares heare/ what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares/ heare/ what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares, heare, what the sprete saith vnto the congregacions.
3:14 And vnto the angell of the congregacion which is in Laodicia wryte: This sayth (amen) the faythfull and true witnes/ the begynnynge off the creatures off God. And vnto the messenger of ye congregaciō which is in Laodicia wryte: This sayth (amē) the faythfull & true witnes/ ye begynninge of the creatures of God. And vnto the messenger of the cōgregacion which is in Laodicia write: This sayth (amē) the faythfull & true witnes/ the beginninge of the creatures of God. And vnto the angell of the cōgregacion, which is in Laodicia wryte: This sayth Amen the faithfull and true witnes, the begynnynge of ye creatures of God.
3:15 I knowe thy workſ that thou arte nether colde ner hott: I wolde thou were colde or hotte. I knowe thy workes yt thou arte nether colde nor hot: I wolde thou were colde or hotte. I knowe thy workes that thou arte nether colde nor hot: I wolde thou were colde or hotte. I knowe thy workes, yt thou art nether colde nor hot: I wolde thou were colde or hote.
3:16 So then be cause thou arte bitwene bothe/ and nether colde ner hott/ I will spew the oute of my mought: So then because thou arte bitwene bothe/ and nether colde ner hot/ I will spew ye oute of my mouth: So then because thou arte bitwene bothe/ and nether coulde ner hot/ I will spew the oute of my mouth: So then because thou art bitwene bothe, and nether colde ner hote I wyll spew the out off my mouth:
3:17 be cause thou sayst thou arte riche ād incresyd with gooddſ/ and haste nede off nothinge/ ād knowest not howe thou arte wretched and miserable/ povre/ blynde/ and nakyd. because thou sayst thou arte riche & incresyd wt goodſ & haste nede of nothynge/ and knowest not howe thou arte wretched and miserable/ poore/ blinde/ and nakyd. because thou arte riche and incresyd with goodes/ and haste nede of nothinge/ and knowest not how thou arte wretched and miserable/ poore/ blinde and nakyd. because thou saist thou art riche and incresyd with goodes and hast nede of nothinge, and knowest not how thou art wretched & miserable, poore, blynde, and nakyd.
3:18 I consell the to bye off me golde tryed in the fyre/ that thou mayste be riche: ād white raymēt/ that thou mayste be clothed/ that thy fylthy nakednes do not apiere: ād anoynt thyne eyes with eye salve/ that thou mayste se. I counsell the to bye of me golde tryed in the fyre/ that thou mayste be riche & whyte raymēt/ yt thou mayste be clothed/ yt thy fylthy nakednes do not apere: & anoynt thyne eyes with eye salve/ yt thou mayste se. 3:20 Beholde I stōde at the doore and knocke. Yff eny mā heare my voice ād opyn the dore/ I will come in vnto hym and will suppe with hym/ and he with me. Beholde I stōde at the doore and knocke. 3:21 To hym that overcommeth will I gravnte to sytt with me in my seate/ evyn as I overcam ād have sytten with my father/ in his seate. To him that overcommeth will I graunte to sytt with me in my seate/ evyn as I overcam & have sytten with my father/ in his seate. To him that ouercōmeth/ will I graunte to syt with me in my seate euen as I ouercame & haue sytten with my father/ in his seate. To him that ouercōmth, will I graūte to sytt with me on my seate, euē as I ouercam and haue syttē with my father on his seate.
3:22 Lett hym that hah eares heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Lett him yt hath eares heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares/ heare what the sprete sayth vnto the congregacions. Let him that hath eares, heare, what the sprete saith vnto the cōgregaciōs.
