Mark: Chapter 03

3:1 ANd he entred agayne into the synagoge/ and there was a man there which had a widdred honde. And he entred agayne into the synagoge, and ther was a man there whych and a wythred hande. 3:2 And they watched him to se/ whether he wolde heale him on the Saboth daye/ that they myght accuse him. And they watched hym, whether he wolde heale hym on the Sabboth daye, that they myght accuse hym. 3:3 And he sayde vnto the man which had the wyddred honde: aryse and stonde in the myddes. And he sayde vnto the man whych had the wythred hande: aryse, and stande in the middes. 3:4 And he sayd to them: whether is it laufull to do a good dede on the sabboth dayes/ or an euyll? to saue lyfe or kyll? But they helde their peace. And he sayth vnto them, whether is it lawfull to do good on the Sabboth dayes, or to do euyll? to saue lyfe, or to kyll? But they helde their peace. 3:5 And he loked round aboute on them angerly/ mournynge on the blyndnes of their hertes/ & sayde to the man: stretch forth thyne honde. And he stretched it oute. And his honde was restored/ euen as whole as the other. And whan he had looked round aboute on them, wyth anger, mournynge on the blyndnes of their hertes, he sayeth to the man, stretch forth thine hande. And he stretched it out. And hys hande was restored, euen as whole as the other. And he loked round aboute on them angerly/ mournynge on the blyndnes of their hertes/ & sayde to the man: stretch forth thyne honde. And he stretched it oute. And his honde was restored/ euen as whole as the other. And he loked rounde about on them angerly, moumyng also for the hardenes of their hartes, and sayd to the man, Stretche forth thyne hand: and he stretched it out: and his hand was restored, euen as whole as the other.
3:6 And the Pharises departed/ & streyght waye gaddred a counsell/ with them that belonged to Herode/ agaynst him that they myght destroye him. 3:7 And Iesus auoyded with his disciples to the see. And a greate multitude folowed him from Galile & from Iurie/ But Iesus auoyded wt his disciples to the see. 3:8 & from Ierusalem/ & from Idumea/ & from beyonde Iordane: & they that dwelled about Tyre & Sidon a greate multitude: which when they had herde what thinges he dyd/ came vnto him. and from Ierusalem, and from Idumea, and from beyonde Iordane, and they that dwelled about Tyre and Sidon, a greate multitude of men: which (when they had herde what thinges he dyd) came vnto hym. & from Ierusalem/ & from Idumea/ & from beyonde Iordane: & they that dwelled about Tyre & Sidon a greate multitude: which when they had herde what thinges he dyd/ came vnto him. And from Ierusalem, and from Idumea, and from by yonde Iordan, and they that dwelled about Tyre and Sidon, when they had heard what thinges he dyd, came vnto him in great nomber.
3:9 And he cōmaunded his disciples/ that a shippe shuld wayte on him/ because of the people/ leste they shuld throunge him. And Iesus commaunded his disciples, that a ship shuld wayt on hym, because of the people, leste they shuld thronge him. And he commanded his disciples, that a shyp shoulde wajrte on him, because of the people: lest they should thronge hym to death.
3:10 For he had healed many/ in somoche that they preased apon him/ for to touche him as many as had plages. For he had healed many, in somoch that they preased vpon him, for to touch him, as many as had plages. 3:11 And when the vnclene sprites sawe him/ they fell doune before him/ and cryed sayinge: thou arte the sonne of God. And when the vncleane spretes sawe him, they fell downe before him, & cryed, sayinge: thou art the sonne of God. 3:12 And he straytly charged them that they shuld not vtter him. And he straytly charged them, that they shuld not make him knowne. And he straytly charged them that they shuld not vtter him. And he sharpely chyd them, to thende they should not vtter hym.
3:13 And he went vp into a mountayne/ and called vnto him whom he wolde/ and they came vnto him. And he went vp into a mountayne, & called vnto hym whom he wolde, and they came vnto him. 3:14 And he ordeyned the .xij. that they shuld be with him/ & that he myght sende them to preache: And he ordeyned the twelue that they shuld be with him, and that he myght sende them forth to preach: And he ordeyned the .xij. that they shuld be with him/ & that he myght sende them to preache: And he appoynted twelue that they should be with hym, and that he might send them to preache.
3:15 and that they myght haue power to heale syknesses/ and to cast out deuyls. & that they myght haue power to heale syknesses, & to cast out deuyls. and that they myght haue power to heale syknesses/ and to cast out deuyls. 3:16 And he gaue Symon/ to name Peter. And he gaue vnto Symon to name, Peter. And he gaue Symon/ to name Peter. And he named Simon, Peter.
3:17 And he called Iames the sonne of zebede & Iohn/ Iames brother/ and gaue them Bonarges to name/ which is to saye/ the sonnes of thounder. And he called Iames the sonne of Zebede and Iohn, Iames brother, and gaue them to name Boanarges, whych is to saye, the sonnes of thonder. 3:18 And Andrew/ and Philip/ and Bartlemew/ & Mathew and Thomas/ and Iames the sonne of Alphey and Taddeus/ and Symon of Cane And Andrew, & Philip, and Bartholomew, and Mathew, & Thomas, and Iames the sonne of Alphe, and Thaddeus, and Symon of Canaan, And Andrew/ and Philip/ and Bartlemew/ & Mathew and Thomas/ and Iames the sonne of Alphey and Taddeus/ and Symon of Cane And Andrew, and Philip, and Barthelmew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and lames, the sonne of Alpheus, and Thaddeus and Simon of Cane.
3:19 & Iudas Iscarioth/ which same also betrayed him. And they came vnto housse/ and Iudas Iscarioth: whych also betrayed him. And they came into the house, & Iudas Iscarioth/ which same also betrayed him. And they came vnto housse/ And Iudas Iscariot, whych also betrayed hym: and they came home.
3:20 and the people assembled togeder agayne/ so greatly that they had not leysar so moche as to eate breed. and the people assembled together agayne, so that they had not leysar, so moch as to eate breed. and the people assembled togeder agayne/ so greatly that they had not leysar so moche as to eate breed. And somuche people assembled together agayne, that they had not leasure somuche as to eat bread.
3:21 And when they that longed vnto him hearde of it/ they went out to holde him. For they thought he had bene beside him selfe. And when they that belonged vnto hym, heard of it, they went out to laye handes vpon him. For they sayde: he is madd. And when they that longed vnto him hearde of it/ they went out to holde him. For they thought he had bene beside him selfe. And when his kynesfolkes heard of it, they went out to holde him: For they thoght he had bene besyde him selfe.
3:22 And the Scribes which came from Ierusalem/ sayde: he hath Belzebub/ and by the power of the chefe deuyll/ casteth out deuyls. And the Scrybes whych came downe from Ierusalem, sayde: he hath Belzebub, and by the chefe deuyll, casteth he out deuyls. And the Scribes which came from Ierusalem/ sayde: he hath Belzebub/ and by the power of the chefe deuyll/ casteth out deuyls. And the Scribes which came from Ierusalem, sayd, He hath Beelzebub and through the chiefe of deuils casteth out deuyls.
3:23 And he called them vnto him/ and sayde vnto them in similitudes. How can Satan driue out Satan? And he called them vnto him, and sayde vnto them in parables. How can Satan dryue out Satan? 3:24 For yf a realme be deuided ageynste it selfe/ that realme cannot endure. And yf a realme be deuyded agaynste it selfe, that realme cannot endure: For yf a realme be deuided ageynste it selfe/ that realme cannot endure. For yf a reahne be deuided against it selfe that reahne can not endure.
3:25 Or yf a housse be deuided agaynste it selfe/ that housse cannot cōtinue: And yf a house be deuided againste it selfe, that house cannot contynue. Or yf a housse be deuided agaynste it selfe/ that housse cannot cōtinue: Or if a house be deuided against it selfe, that house can not continue.
3:26 So yf Satan make insurreccion agaynst him selfe/ and be deuided/ he cannot continue/ but is at an ende. And yf Satan make insurreccyon agaynst him selfe, & be deuided, he cannot contynue, but hath an ende: So yf Satan make insurreccion agaynst him selfe/ and be deuided/ he cannot continue/ but is at an ende. So yf Satan make insurrection agaynst himselfe, and he deuided, he can not continue, hut is at an ende.
3:27 No man can entre into a stronge mans housse/ and take awaye his gooddes/ excepte he fyrst bynde that stronge man/ and then spoyle his housse. No man can entre into astronge mans house, & take awaye hys goodes, excepte he fyrst bynde the stronge man, & then spoyle his house. 3:28 Verely I saye vnto you/ all synnes shalbe forgeuen vnto mens chyldren & blasphemy wherwith they blaspheme. Verely I saye vnto you, all synnes shalbe forgeuen vnto mens children: and blasphemyes wherwith soeuer they haue blasphemed. Verely I saye vnto you/ all synnes shalbe forgeuen vnto mens chyldren & blasphemy wherwith they blaspheme. Verely I say vnto you, all synnes shal he forgeuen vnto the chyldren of men, and hlasphemie, where with they blaspheme:
3:29 But he that blasphemeth the holy goost/ shall neuer haue forgeuenes: but is in daunger of eternall damnacion: But he that speaketh blasphemy agaynst the holy goost, hath neuer forgeuenes, but is in daunger of eternall damnacyon: But he that blasphemeth the holy goost/ shall neuer haue forgeuenes: but is in daunger of eternall damnacion: But he that blasphemeth against the holy Gost, shal neuer haue forgeuenes, but is culpable of eternal damnation.
3:30 because they sayde/ he had an vnclene sprete. For they sayde: he hath an vncleane sprete. because they sayde/ he had an vnclene sprete. Because they said, He had an vncleane spirite.
3:31 Then came his mother & his brethren/ & stode with out/ and sent vnto him and called him. There came also his mother & his brethren, and stode with out, and sent vnto him to call him out. Then came his mother & his brethren/ & stode with out/ and sent vnto him and called him. Then came his brethern and mother, and stode without, and sent vnto hym, and called hym.
3:32 And the people sate aboute him/ and sayde vnto him: beholde thy mother and thy brethren seke for the with out. And the people sat aboute him, and sayde vnto him: beholde, thy mother & thy brethren seke for the with out. And the people sate aboute him/ and sayde vnto him: beholde thy mother and thy brethren seke for the with out. And the people sate about him, and they sayd vnto him, Beholde thy mother and thy brethern seke for thee without.
3:33 And he answered them sayinge: who is my mother and my brethren? And he answered them, sayinge: who is my mother and my brethren? And he answered them sayinge: who is my mother and my brethren? And he answered them, Baying, Who is my mother and my brethern?
3:34 And he loked rounde about on his disciples/ which sate in compasse about him/ and sayde: beholde my mother and my brethren. And whan he had loked rounde about on his discyples, which sat in compasse about him, he sayde: behold my mother and my brethren. And he loked rounde about on his disciples/ which sate in compasse about him/ and sayde: beholde my mother and my brethren. And he loked round about on his disciples, which sate in compasse about hym, and sayd, Beholde my mother and my brethern.
3:35 For whosoeuer doeth the will of God/ he is my brother/ my syster and mother. For whosoeuer doeth the wyll of God, the same is my brother and my syster and mother. For whosoeuer doeth the will of God/ he is my brother/ my syster and mother. For whosoeuer doeth the wyl of God, he is my brother, my syster, and mother.
