John: Chapter 21b

21:1 AFter that Iesus shewed hym selfe agayne/ at ye see of Tyberias. And on thys wyse shewed he hym selfe. AFTER warde dyd Iesus shewe him selfe agayne, at the see of Tyberias. 21:2 There were to gether Simō Peter & Thomas/ which is called Didymus: & Nathanael of Cana a citie of Galile/ & the sonnſ of Zebedei/ & two other of the disciples. There were together Symon Peter and Thomas (which is called Didymus) and Nathanael of Cana in Galile, and the sonnes of zebedei, and two other of his disciples. 21:3 Simon Peter sayde vnto thē: I go a fysshynge. They sayde vnto him: we also will go with ye. They went their waye & entred into a shippe strayght waye/ & that night caught they nothinge. Simon Peter sayeth unto them: I will go a fisshinge. Thev save vnto him: we also wyll go with the. 21:4 But whē ye morninge was now come/ Iesus stode on ye shore: neuerthelesse the disciples knewe not yt it was Iesus. 21:5 Iesus sayde vnto thē: syrs/ haue ye eny meate? They answered him/ no. Iesus sayeth vnto them: Children, haue ye eny meate? they answered him, no. Iesus sayde vnto them: syrs, haue ye eny meate? They answered him, no. Iesus then sayd vnto them, Sirs haue ye any meat? They answered hym, No.
21:6 And he sayd vnto thē: cast out ye net on ye right syde of ye ship/ & ye shal fynde. They cast out/ and anone they were not able to drawe it for the multitude of fysshes. And he sayeth vnto them: cast out the net on the right syde of the ship, and ye shall fynde. They cast out therfore, and anyone they were not able to drawe it for the multitude of fysshes. And he saye vnto them: cast out the net on the ryght syde of the ship, and ye shall fynde. They cast out, and anone they were not able to drawe it for the multitude of fysshes. And he sayd vnto them, Cast out the net on the right syde of the shyp, and ye shal fynde. then they cast out, and anone they were not hable to drawe it, for the multitude of fysshes.
21:7 Then sayde the disciple whō Iesus loued/ vnto Peter: It is ye Lorde. When Simō Peter hearde that it was the Lorde/ he gyrde his mantell to him (for he was naked) & sprange into the see. Then sayde the discyple whom Iesus loued vnto Peter: It is the Lord : When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he gyrde his coate vnto him (for he was naked) and sprang into the see. Then sayde the disciple whom Iesus loued, vnto Peter: It is the Lorde. When Simon Peter hearde that it was the Lorde, he gyrde his mantell to him (for he was naked) and sprange into the see. Then sayd the disciple whom Iesus loued vnto Peter, It is the Lord. When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he gyrde his coate to him, for he was naked, and sprang into the sea.

21:11 Simon Peter stepped forth and drewe the net to londe full of greate fysshes/ an hondred & .liij. And for all ther were so many/ yet was not the net broken. 21:12 Iesus sayde vnto them: come & dyne. And none of the disciples durste aske him: what arte thou? For they knewe that it was the Lorde. Iesus sayeth vnto them: come and dyne. 21:14 And thys is now the thyrde tyme that Iesus appered to hys disciples/ after that he he was rysen agayne from deeth. 21:15 When they had dyned/ Iesus sayde to Simon Peter: Simon Ioāna/ louest thou me more then these? He sayde vnto him: ye Lord/ thou knowest/ that I loue the. He sayd vnto him: fede my lābes. So when they had dyned, Iesus sayeth to Simon Peter: Symon Ioanna, louest thou me more than these? He sayd vnto him: ye Lord, thou knowest, that I loue the. He sayeth vnto him : fede my lambes. And Peter sorowed because he sayde to him ye thyrde tyme/ louest thou me/ & sayde vnto him: Lord/ thou knowest all thinge/ thou knowest that I loue the. Iesus sayde vnto hym: fede my shepe. He sayde vnto hym the thyrde tyme: Symon Ioanna, louest thou me? Peter was sory, because he sayde vnto him the thyrde tyme: louest thou me, and he savde vnto hym: Lord, thou knowest all thynges, thou knowest that I loue the. Iesus sayeth vnto hym: fede my shepe. He sayde vnto him the thyrde tyme: Simon Ioanna, louest thou me? And Peter sorowed because he sayde to him the thyrde tyme, louest thou me, and sayde vnto him: Lorde, thou knowest all thinge, thou knowest that I loue the. Iesus sayde vnto him: fede my shepe. He sayd vnto him the third tyme, Simon the sonneof Iona, louest thou me? Peter sorowed because he sayd to him the thyrd tyme, Louest thou me? and sayd vnto him, Lord thou knowest all thinges, thou knowest that I loue thee. Iesus sayd vnto him, Fede my shepe.
21:18 Verely verely I saye vnto the/ when thou wast yonge/ thou gerdedst thy selfe/ & walkedst whyther thou woldest: but when thou arte olde/ thou shalt stretche forth thy handſ/ & another shal gyrde the/ & leade the whyther thou woldest not. 21:19 That spake he signifyinge by what deeth he shuld glorify God. And whē he had sayde thus/ he sayd to him: folowe me. That spake he, sygnyfyinge, by what deeth he shuld gloryfve God. And when he had spoken this, he sayeth vnto him: folowe me. That spake he signifyinge by what deeth he shuld glorify God. And when he had sayde thus, he sayd to him: folowe me. 21:20 Peter turned about & sawe yt disciple whom Iesus loued folowinge: which also lened on his brest at supper & sayd: Lord which is he that shall betraye the. Peter turned about, and sawe that disciple whom Ibsvs loued folowyng: which had also leaned on his brest at supper, and had sayd, Lord which is he that betrayeth thee?
21:21 Whē Peter sawe him/ he sayde to Iesus: Lorde what shall he here do? When Peter therfore sawe him, he sayeth to Iesus: Lord, what shall he here do? When Peter sawe him, he sayde to Iesus: Lorde what shall he here do? When Peter therfore sawe hym, he sayd to Iesus, Lord what shal he here do?
21:22 Iesus sayde vnto him: If I wyll haue hym to tary tyll I come/ what is that to the? folowe thou me. 21:23 Then went this sayinge a broode amonge the brethren/ that yt disciple shulde not dye. Yet Iesus sayde not to him/ he shall not dye: but yf I wyll that he tary tyll I come/ what is that to the? Then went thys sayinge abroade amonge the brethren, that that discyple shulde not dye. Yet Iesus sayde not to hym, he shall not dye: but yf I will that he tary tyll I come/ what is that to the? Then went this sayinge a broode amonge the brethren, that that disciple shulde not dye. Yet Iesus sayde not to him, he shall not dye: but yf I will that he tary tyll I come, what is that to the? Then went this saying abrode among the brethren, that that same disciple should not dye, Yet Iesus sayd not to him, He sholde not dye: but if I would that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
21:24 The same discyple is he/ whych testifyeth of these thynges/ and wrote these thynges. And we knowe/ that his testimony is true. 21:25 There are also many other thingſ which Iesus dyd: the which yf they shuld be written euery one I suppose the worlde coulde not contayne the bokes that shuld be written.
