9:1 ANd Saul yet brethinge oute threatninges & slaughter agaynst the disciples of the Lorde/ wēt onto the hye preste/ AND Saul yet brethynge out threatnynges and slaughter against the disciples of the Lorde, went vnto the hve preste, ANd Saul yet brethinge oute threatninges & slaughter agaynst the disciples of the Lorde, wēt onto the hye preste, AND Saul yet breathing out threatninges and slaughter agaynst the disciples of the Lord, went vnto the hye Priest,
9:2 & desyred of him lettres to Damasco/ to the synagoges: that yf he founde eny of this waye whether they were men or wemen/ he myght bringe them bounde vnto Ierusalem. and desyred of hym lettres. to cary to Damasco, to the synagogues : that yf he founde eny of thys waye (whether they were men or wemen) he mygw bringe them bounde vnto Ierusalem. & desyred of him lettres to Damasco, to the synagoges: that yf he founde eny of this waye whether they were men or wemen, he myght bringe them bounde vnto Ierusalem. And desired of him letters to Damascus to the Synagoges: that if he founde any of thys way (whether they were men or women) he myght bring them bounde vnto Ierusalem.
9:3 But as he iorneyed & was come nye to Damasco/ sodenly ther shyned rounde about him a lyght from heauen/ sAnd I when he iorneyed, it fortuned that as he I was come nye to Damasco, sodenlv their | shyned round about hvm a lyght from I heauen, But as he iorneyed & was come nye to Damasco, sodenly ther shyned rounde about him a lyght from heauen, Now as he iorneyed, it fortuned that as he was come nye to Damascus, sodenly ther shyned rounde about him a lyght from heauen.

9:5 And he sayd: what arte thou Lorde? And the Lorde sayd: I am Iesus whō thou persecutest/ it shalbe harde for the to kycke agaynst the pricke. And he sayde: what art thou Lorde? And the Lorde sayd: I am Iesus, whom thou persecutest. It is harde for the to kycke agaynst the pryckes. And he sayd: what arte thou Lorde? And the Lorde sayd: I am Iesus whō thou persecutest, it shalbe harde for the to kycke agaynst the pricke. And he sayd, Who art thou Lord ? And the Lord sayd, I am Iesus whom thou persecutest, it is hard for thee to kycke against prickes.
9:6 And he bothe tremblinge and astonyed sayde: Lorde what wilt thou haue me to do? And the Lorde sayd vnto him: aryse and go into the cite/ and it shalbe tolde the what thou shalt do. And he bothe tremblinge and astonyed, sayde: Lord, what wilt thou haue me to do? And the Lorde sayd vnto hym: aryse, and go into the cytye, and it shalbe tolde the, what thou must do. And he bothe tremblinge and astonyed sayde: Lorde what wilt thou haue me to do? And the Lorde sayd vnto him: aryse and go into the cite, and it shalbe tolde the what thou shalt do. He then bothe trembling and astonyed, sayd, Lord what wilt thou haue me to do? and the Lord sayd vnto him, Arise and go into the citie, and it shalbe tolde thee what thou shalt do.
9:7 The men which iornayed with him/ stode amased/ for they hearde a voyce/ but sawe no man. The men whych iorneyed wyth hym, stode amased, hearyng a voyce, but seinge no man. 9:8 And Saul arose from the erth/ and opened his eyes/ but sawe no man. Then ledde they him by the honde/ and brought him into Damasco. 9:10 And ther was a certayne disciple at Damasco named Ananias/ & to him sayde the Lorde in a visiō: Ananias? And he sayde: beholde I am here Lorde. And ther was a certayne dyscyple at Damascus, named Ananias, and to hym sayde the Lorde in a visyon: Ananias? And he sayde, beholde, I am here Lord. And ther was a certayne disciple at Damasco named Ananias, & to him sayde the Lorde in a visiō: Ananias? And he sayde: beholde I am here Lorde. And ther was a certaine disciple at Damascus named A nanias, and to him sayd the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he sayd, Beholde, I am here Lord.
9:11 And the Lorde sayde vnto him: aryse & go into the strete which is called strayght/ and seke in the housse of Iudas/ after one called Saul of Tharsus. For beholde he prayeth/ And the Lorde sayd vnto hym: re, and go into the streets (which is called straight) and seke in the house of Iudas, after one called Saul of Tarsus. For beholde, he prayeth, And the Lorde sayde vnto him: aryse & go into the strete which is called strayght, and seke in the housse of Iudas, after one called Saul of Tharsus. For beholde he prayeth, Then the Lord sayd vnto him, Arise, and go into the strete which is called Strayght and seke in the house of Iudas after one called Saul of Tarsus: for beholde he prayeth.
9:12 and hath sene in a vision a man named Ananias cominge into him/ and puttinge his hondes on him/ that he myght receaue his syght. and hath sene in a visyon a man named Ananias coming into hym, and puttynge his handes on hym, that he myght receaue his syght. and hath sene in a vision a man named Ananias cominge into him, and puttinge his hondes on him, that he myght receaue his syght. 9:15 The Lorde sayde vnto him: go thy wayes: for he is a chosen vessell vnto me/ to beare my name before the gentyls & kynges/ and the chyldren of Israel. The Lord sayd vnto hym: go thy way, for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to beare my name before the Gentyles, and kynges, and the chyldren of Israel. 9:16 For I will shewe him how great thinges he must suffre for my names sake. For ‘I will shewe him, how great thynges he must suffer for my names sake. For I will shewe him how great thinges he must suffre for my names sake. For I wil shewe hyra, how many thynges he must suffre for my Names sake.
9:17 Ananias wēt his waye and entred into the housse/ and put his hondes on him and sayde: brother Saul/ the lorde that apperyd vnto the in the waye as thou camst/ hath sent me/ that thou myghtest receaue they syght and be filled with the holy goost. And Ananias went his ways, and entred into the house, and put his handes on hym, and sayde: brother Saul, the Lorde that apperyd vnto the in the wave as thou earnest, hath sent me, that thou myghtest receaue thy syght, and be filled with the holy goost. 9:19 and receaued meate and was comforted. Then was Saul a certayne dayes with the disciples which were at Damasco. and receaued meate and was conforted. 9:22 But Saul encreased in strēgth/ & confounded the Iewes which dwelte at Damasco affirminge that this was very Christ. But Saul encreased the more in strength, and confounded the Iewes which dwelt in Damasco, affynnynge: that this was very Chryst. 9:29 & quit him selfe boldly in the name of the Lorde Iesu. And he spake and disputed with the Grekes: and they went about to slee him. speakynge boldly in the name of the Lorde Iesu. 9:30 But when the brethren knewe of that/ they brought him to Cesarea/ and sent him forth to Tharsus. Whych when the brethren knew, they brought him to Cesarea, and sent hym forth to Tharsus. 9:32 And it chaunsed as Peter walked throughoute all quarters/ he cam to the saynctes which dwelt at Lydda. 9:35 And all that dwelt at Lydda and Assaron/ sawe him/ and tourned to the Lorde. 9:36 Ther was at Ioppe a certayne womā (whiche was a disciple named Tabitha/ which by interpretaciō is called Dorcas) the same was full of good workes and almes dedes/ which she dyd. Ther was at Ioppa a certayne woman, a discyple named Tabitha, (whych by interpretacyon is called Dorcas) the same was ful of good workes and almes dedes, whych she dyd. 9:38 Because Lydda was nye to Ioppa/ & the disciples had hearde that Peter was there/ they sent vnto him/ desiringe him that he wolde not be greued to come vnto them. But for asmoch as Lydda was nye to Ioppa, and the discyples had heard that Peter was there, they sent vnto hym, desyring him, that he wolde not be greued to come vnto them. Because Lydda was nye to Ioppa, & the disciples had hearde that Peter was there, they sent vnto him, desiringe him that he wolde not be greued to come vnto them. Now forasmuche as Lydda was nye to Ioppa. and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent vnto him two men desiring that he wolde not delaye to come vnto them.
9:39 Peter arose & came with them. And when he was come/ they brought him in to the chamber. And all the wyddowes stode round about him wepinge & shewinge the cotes & garmentes which Dorcas made whill she was with thē. Peter arose, and came with them. And when he was come, they brought him in to the chamber. And all the widdowes stode round about him, wepinge, and shewinge the coates and garmentes whych Dorcas made, whyll she was with them. 9:40 And Peter put thē all forth & kneled doune & prayde & turned him to the body & sayde: Tabitha/ arise. And she opened her eyes/ and when she sawe Peter/ sat vp. And Peter put them all forth, and kneled downe, and prayde: and turned him to the body: and sayde: Tabitha aryseAnd she opened her eyes, and when she sawe Peter, she sat vp. And Peter put thē all forth & kneled doune & prayde & turned him to the body & sayde: Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and when she sawe Peter, sat vp. And Peter put them all forth, and kneled downe, and prayd, and turned him to the body, and sayd, Tabitha, arise. And she opened, her eyes, and when she sawe Peter, sat vp.
9:41 And he gaue her the honde & lyft her vp/ & called the saynctes & wydowes/ and shewed her alyue. And he gaue her the hande, and lyft her vp. And whan he had called the saynctes and widowes, he shewed her aliue. And he gaue her the honde & lyft her vp, & called the saynctes & wydowes, and shewed her alyue. And he gaue her the hand, and lift her vp, and called the sainctes and wyddowes, and restored her alyue.
