Acts: Chapter 7b

7:2 And he sayde: ye men/ brethren and fathers/ harkē to. The God of glory appered vnto oure father Abrahā whyll he was yet in Mesopotamia/ before he dwelt in Charran/ And he sayde: ye men, brethren and fathers, hearken: The God of glory appeared vnto oure father Abraham whan he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, And he sayde: ye men, brethren and fathers, harkē to. 7:3 & sayd vnto him: come out of thy contre/ & from thy kynred/ & come into the londe/ which I shall shewe the. and sayd vnto hym: Get the out of thy contre, and from thy kynred, and come into the lande, which I shall shewe the. & sayd vnto him: come out of thy contre, & from thy kynred, & come into the londe, which I shall shewe the. 7:4 Then came he out of the londe of Chaldey/ & dwelt in Charrā. And after that/ assone as his father was deed/ he brought him into this lande/ in which ye now dwell/ Then came he out of the lande of Chaldey, and dwelt in Charran. And from thence, whan his father was deed, he brought hym into thys lande in whych ye now dwell, Then came he out of the londe of Chaldey, & dwelt in Charrā. And after that, assone as his father was deed, he brought him into this lande, in which ye now dwell, Then came he out of the land of the Chaldeans, and dwelt in Charran. And after that his father was dead, he broght him from thence, into this land, in which ye now dwel.

7:6 God verely spake on this wyse/ that his seade shuld be a dweller in a straūge londe & that they shuld kepe thē in bondage & entreate thē euill .iiij.C. yeares. 7:7 But the nacion to whom they shalbe in bondage will I iudge/ sayde God. And after that shall they come forth and serue me in this place. 7:8 And he gaue him the couenaūt of circumcision. And he begat Isaac/ & circumcised him the .viij. daye/ & Isaac begat lacob/ and lacob the twelue Patriarkes. And he gaue him the couenaunt of circumcisyon. And he begat Isaac, and circumcised him the .viii. daye, and Isaac begat Iacob, and Iacob begat the twelue Patriarkes. 7:11 Then came there a derth ouer all the londe of Egypt & Canaan/ and great affliccion/ that our fathers founde no sustenaunce. 7:14 Then sent Ioseph & caused his father to be brought and all his kynne/ thre score and xv. soules. 7:19 The same dealte suttely with oure kynred & euyll intreated oure fathers and made them to cast oute their younge chyldren/ that they shulde not remayne alyue. 7:27 But he that dyd his neighbour wronge/ thrust him awaye sayinge: who made the a ruler & a iudge amonge vs? 7:29 Then fleed Moses at that sayinge/ & was a stranger in the londe of Madian/ where he begat two sonnes. 7:33 Then sayde the Lorde to him: Put of thy showes from thy fete/ for the place where thou stondest is holy grounde. Then sayde the Lorde to hym. 7:34 I haue perfectly sene the affliccion of my people which is in Egypte and I haue hearde their groninge/ and am come doune to deliuer them. 7:35 This Moses whom they forsoke sayinge: who made the a ruler and a iudge: the same God sent bothe a ruler and a deliuerer/ by the hondes of the angell which appered to him in the busshe. 7:37 This is that Moses which sayde vnto the chyldrē of Israel: A Prophet shall the Lorde youre God rayse vp vnto you of youre brethren/ lyke vnto me/ him shall ye heare. 7:38 This is he that was in the congregaciō/ in the wyldernes with the angell which spake to him in the mounte Syna/ and with oure fathers. 7:41 And they made a calfe in those dayes/ & offered sacrifice vnto the ymage/ and reioysed in the workes of their awne hondes. 7:42 Then God turned him selfe & gaue them vp/ that they shulde worship the starres of the skye/ as it is written in the boke of the Prophetes. O ye of the housse of Israel/ gaue ye to me sacrifices & meate offeringes by the space of .xl. yeares in the wyldernes? Then God turned hym selfe, and gaue them vp, that they shulde worshyp the hoost of the sky, as it is wrytten in the boke of the Prophetes: O ye of the house of Israel, gaue ye to me sacryfyces and meate ofieringes by the space of fourtye yeares in the wyldernes? Then God turned him selfe & gaue them vp, that they shulde worship the starres of the skye, as it is written in the boke of the Prophetes. O ye of the housse of Israel, gaue ye to me sacrifices & meate offeringes by the space of .xl. yeares in the wyldernes? Then God turned him selfe away, and gaue them vp into a reprobat sense, that they should worshyp the hoste of the skye, as it is written in the booke of the Prophetes, Thou house of Israel, gaue ye to me killing of beasts and sacrifices by the space of fourty yeres in the wyldernes?
7:43 And ye toke vnto you the tabernacle of Moloch/ & the starre of youre god Remphan/ figures which ye made to worshippe them. And I will translate you beyonde Babylon. And ye toke unto you the tabernacle of Moloch, and the stature of youre God Rempham, fygures whych ye made to worshyppe them. And I wyll translate you beyonde Babylon. And ye toke vnto you the tabernacle of Moloch, & the starre of youre god Remphan, figures which ye made to worshippe them. And I will translate you beyonde Babylon. 7:44 Oure fathers had the tabernacle of witnes in the wyldernes/ as he had apoynted them speakinge vnto Moses/ that he shuld make it accordinge to the fassion that he had sene. Which tabernacle also oure fathers that came after, brought in wyth Iosue into the possession of the Gentyls, whom God draue out before the face of oure fathers, unto the tyme of Danid: Which tabernacle oure fathers receaued, and brought it in with Iosue into the possession of the Gentyls which God drawe out before the face of oure fathers vnto the tyme of Dauid. Which tabernacle also, our fathers receaued and broght in with Iesus into the possession of the Gentiles, which God draue out before the face of our Fathers, vnto the dayes of Dauid:
7:46 Which founde fauour before God/ & wolde fayne haue made a tabernacle for the God of Iacob. Whych founde fauour before God, and wolde fayne haue founde a tabernacle for the God of Iacob. 7:51 Ye stiffenecked & of vncircumcised hertes and eares: ye haue all wayes resisted the holy goost: as youre fathers dyd/ so do ye.
