20:1 AFter the rage was ceased/ Paul called ye disciples vnto him/ & toke hys leaue of thē/ & departed for to go into Macedonia. 20:3 & there abode iij. monethes. And when the Iewes layde wayt for him as he was about to sayle into Syria/ he purposed to returne thorow Macedonia. and there abode .iii. monethes. 20:4 Ther accompanied him into Asia/ Sopater of Berrea/ and of Thessalonia Aristarcus and Secundus/ and Gayus of Derba/ and Timotheus: & oute of Asia Tychicus and Trophimos. 20:5 These went before/ & taryed vs at Troas. These goynge before, taryed vs at Troas. These went before, and taried vs at Troas. These went before, and taryed vs at Troas.
20:6 And we sayled awaye from Philippos after the ester holy dayes/ & cam vnto thē to Troas in fyue dayes/ where we abode seuen dayes. 20:7 And on ye morowe after ye Saboth daye ye disciples cam to gether for to breake breed/ and Paul preached vnto thē (redy to departe on the morowe) & continued the preachynge vnto mydnyght. And vpon one of the Saboth dayes, whan the disciples came together for to breake breed Paul preached vnto them (ready to departe on the morow) and continued the preachynge vnto mydnyght And on the morowe after the Saboth daye the Disciples came to gether for to breake breed, & Paul preached vnto them (redy to departe on the morowe) & cōtinued the preachinge vnto midnyght. And the first day after the Sabbath, the disciples being come together for to breake bread, Paul preached vnto them, ready to departe on the morowe: and continued the preaching vnto mydnyght.
20:8 And ther were many lightes in the chamber where they were gathered to gether/ And ther were many lightes in the chamber, where we were gathered together, And ther were many lightes in the chamber where thy were gaddered to gether, And there were many lightes in an vpper chamber, where we were gathered together.
20:9 & ther sate in a wyndowe a certayne yonge mā named Eutichus/ fallē into a depe sleepe. And as Paul declared/ he was the moare ouercome with slepe/ & fell doune frō the thyrde lofte/ & was taken vp deed. and ther sate in a wyndowe a certayne yonge man (named Euticus) beinge fallen into a depe sleepe. And as Paul was preachinge, he was the more ouercome with slepe, and fell downe from the thyrde lofte, and was taken vp deed. and ther sate in a wyndowe a certayne yonge man named Eutichos, fallen into a depe slepe. And as Paul declared, he was the moare ouercome with slepe, and fell doune frō the thyrde lofte, & was taken vp deed. And there sate in a wyndowe, a certayne yonge man named Eutychus fallen into a depe slepe, and as Paul was long preachyng, he falling doune for slepe, fel from the thyrd lofte doune ward, and was taken vp dead.
20:10 Paul wēt doune and fell on him/ & embrased him/ and sayde: make nothinge a do for his lyfe is in hym. But whan Paul went doune, he fell on him and embrased him and sayde : make nothinge a do, for his lyfe is in him. 20:11 When he was come vp agayne/ he brake breed/ & talcked/ and comened a longe whyle euen tyll the mornyng/ & so departed. So when he was come vp agayne, and had broken the bread and eaten, and talcked a longe whyle (euen tyll the mornyng) at the last he departed. So when Paul was come vp agayne, and had broken bread, and eaten, he commoned sufficienly, euen tyl the dawning, and so departed.
20:12 And they brought the younge man a lyue/ & were not a lytell comforted. And they brought the yonge man alyue, and were not a lytell conforted. And thy brought the younge man a lyue, and were not a lytell comforted. And they broght the boye alyue, and were not a lyfle comforted.
20:13 And we went a fore to shippe/ and lowsed vnto Asson there to receaue Paul. For so had he apoynted/ and wolde him selfe goo a fote. 20:14 Whē he was come vnto vs to Asson/ we toke him in/ & came to Mytilenes. When we were come together at Asson, we toke him in, and came to Mytilenes. 20:15 And we sayled thence/ and cam the nexte daye ouer agaynst Chios. And the nexte daye we ariued at Samos/ and taried at Trogilon. The nexte daye we came to Myleton: And we sailed thence, and cam the nexte daye ouer agaynst Chios. And the nexte daye we ariued at Samos, and taried at Trogflon. 20:16 for Paul had determined to leaue Ephesus as they sayled/ because he wolde not spende the tyme in Asia. For he hasted to be (yf he coulde possible) at Ierusalem at the daye of Pentecoste. for Paul had determined to sayle ouer by Ephesus, because he wolde not spende the tyme in Asia. For he hasted (yf it were possible for him) to kepe at Ierusalem the daye of Pentecoste. for Paul had determined to leaue Ephesus as they sayled, because he wolde not spende the tyme in Asia. For he hasted to be (yf he coulde possible) at Ierusalem at the daye of Pentecoste. For Paul had determined to leaue Ephesus as they sayled, because he would not spend the tyme in Asia: for he hasted to be, yf he could possible, at Ierusalem, at the day of Pentecost.
20:17 Wherfore frō Myleton he sent to Ephesus/ and called the elders of the congregacion. And from Myleton he sent messaungers to Ephesus. and called the elders of the congregacion. Wherfore from Myleton he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the congregacion. Wherfore from Miletum he sent to Ephesus, and called the Elders of the Churche.
20:18 And when they were come to him/ he sayd vnto thē: Ye know from the fyrst daye that I cam into Asia/ after what maner I haue bene with you at all ceasons/ Which when they were come to hym, he sayd vnto them: Ye know from the fyrst daye that I cam into Asia, after what maner I haue bene with you at all seasons, And when they were come to him, he sayd vnto them: Ye knowe from the fyrst daye that I came into Asia, after what maner I haue bene with you at all ceasons, Which when they were come to hym, he said vnto them, Ye knowe from the first day that I came into Asia, after what maner I haue bene with you at all seasons:
20:19 seruynge the Lorde wyth all humblenes of mynde/ & with many teares/ & tēptaciōs which happened vnto me by ye layingſ awayte of the Iewes/ seruynge the Lorde with all humblenes of mynde, and with many teares and temptacions which happened unto me by the layinges awayte of the Iewes, seruinge the Lorde with all humblenes of mynde, & with many teares, & temptaciōs which happened vnto me by the layinges awayte of the Iewes, Seruyng the Lord with all modestie, and with many teares, and tentations, which happened vnto me by the layinges awayt of the Iewes.

20:21 witnessing both to ye Iewes/ & also to the Grekes/ the repentaūce toward God/ & fayth toward oure Lorde Iesus. witnessing both to the Iewes, and also to the Grekes, the repentaunce, that is toward God, and the faith. which is toward oure Lorde Iesus. witnessinge bothe to the Iewes, & also to the Grekes, the repentaunce toward God, & fayth toward oure lorde Iesus. 20:23 but yt the holy goost witnesseth in euery cytie sayinge: that bandes & trouble abyde me. 20:24 But none of those thynges moue me: nether is my lyfe dere vnto my selfe/ that I myght fulfill my course with ioye/ and the mynistracion which I haue receaued of the Lorde Iesu/ to testifye ye Gospell of ye grace of God. 20:25 And now beholde/ I am sure yt hence forth ye all (thorow whō I haue gone preachinge the kyngdō of God) shall se my face no more. And now beholde, I am sure, that henceforth ye all (thorow whom I hane gone preachinge the kyngdom of God) shall se my face no more. And now beholde, I am sure that hēce forth ye all (thorow whom I haue gone preachinge the kyngdome of God) shall se my face no more. And now behold, I am sure that hence forth ye all through whome I haue gone preachyng the kyngdom of God, shal se my face no more.
20:26 Wherfore I take you to recorde thys same daye/ that I am pure from the bloude of all men. 20:27 For I haue kepte nothynge backe: but haue shewed you all ye coūsell of God. For I haue spared no laboure, but haue shewed you all the counsell of God. 20:28 Take hede therfore vnto youre selues and to all the flocke/ where of ye holy goost hath made you ouer sears/ to rule the cōgregacion of God/ which he hath purchased wt his bloude. 20:29 For I am sure of this/ that after my departynge shall greuous wolues entre in amōge you/ which wyll not spare the flocke. For I am sure of this, that after my departinge shall greueous wolues entre in amōge you, which will not spare the flocke. For I am sure of this, that after my departing, shal greuous wolues entre in among you, not sparyng the flocke.
20:30 Moreouer of youre awne selues shall men aryse speaking peruerse thinges to drawe disciples after thē. 20:31 Therfore awake & remēber/ yt by the space of .iij. yeres I ceased not to warne euery one of you both nyght & daye with teares. 20:32 And now brethrē I cōmende you to God & to ye worde of his grace/ which is able to bilde further & to geue you an inheritaūce amōge all thē which are sanctifyed. 20:38 sorowinge most of all for the wordes which he spake/ that they shulde se hys face no more.
