3 John: Chapter 1b

1:2 Beloued/ I wisshe in all thinges that thou prosperedest & faredest well euen as thy soule prospereth. 1:3 I reioysed greatly when the brethren came/ and testified of the trueth that is in the/ how thou walkest in trouble. 1:6 which bare witnes of thy loue before all the cōgregacion. 1:10 Wherfore yf I come/ I will declare his dedes which he doeth/ iestynge on vs with malicious wordes/ nether is therewith content. Not only he him selfe receaueth not the brethren: but also he forbyddeth them that wolde/ and thrusteth them out of the congregacion. Wherfore of I come, I will declare his dedes which he doeth, iestynge on vs with malico wordes, nether is therewith content. 1:11 Beloued/ folowe not that which is euyll/ but that which is good. He that doeth well/ is of God: but he that doeth euyll seith not God. Beloued, folowe not that which it nil but that which is good. He that doeti well, is of God: but he that doeth enri seyth not God. Beloued, folowe not that which is euyll, but that which is good. He that doeth well, is of God: but he that doeth euyll seith not God. Betoued, folowe not that which is euil, but that which is good: he that doeth wel is of God: but he that doeth euil hath not sene God.
1:12 Demetrius hath good reporte of all men/ & of the trueth: ye and we oure selues also beare recorde/ & ye knowe that oure recorde is true.
