2 Thessalonians: Chapter 2b

2:1 VVe beseche you brethren by the commynge of oure Lorde Iesu Christ/ & in that we shall assemble vnto him/ WE beseche you (brethren) by the commynge of oure Lorde Iesu Christ, and in that we shall assemble vnto hym, VVe beseche you brethren by the commynge of oure Lorde Iesu Christ, & in that we shall assemble vnto him, WE beBeche you brethren, by the comming of our Lord Iesus Christ, and in that we shal assemble vnto him,
2:2 that ye be not sodenly moued frō youre mynde & be not troubled/ nether by sprete/ nether by wordes/ nor yet by letter which shulde seme to come frō vs/ as though the daye of Christ were at honde. that ye be not sodenly moued from your mynde, ner be troubled, nether by sprete. nether by wordes, nor yet by letter whyth shulde seme to come from vs, as though the daye of Christ were at hand. that ye be not sodenly moued frō youre mynde & be not troubled, nether by sprete, nether by wordes, nor yet by letter which shulde seme to come frō vs, as though the daye of Christ were at honde. That ye benotsodenly moued from your mynde, and be not troubled nether by spirit, nether by wordes, nor yet by letter which should seme to come from vs, as thogh the day of Christe were at hande.
2:3 Let no mā deceaue you by eny meanes/ for the Lorde cōmeth not/ excepte ther come a departinge fyrst/ and that that synfull man be opened/ the sonne of perdicion Let no man deceaue you by eny meanes, for the Lord shall not come excepte ther come: departynge fyrst, and that that synful man be opened, the sonne of perdicyon, Let no mā deceaue you by eny meanes, for the Lorde cōmeth not, excepte ther come a departinge fyrst, and that that synfull man be opened, the sonne of perdicion Let no man deeeaue you by any meanes, for the day of Christ shal not come, except there come a departing fyrst, and that that sinful man be disclosed, the sonne I say of perdition.
2:4 which is an aduersarie/ and is exalted aboue all that is called God/ or that is worshypped: so that he shall sit as God in the temple of God/ and shew him selfe as God. whych is an aduersarye; and is exalted aboue all that is called God, or that. worshypped: so that he doth syt in the temple of God, boastynge hym self to be God. which is an aduersarie, and is exalted aboue all that is called God, or that is worshypped: so that he shall sit as God in the temple of God, and shew him selfe as God. 2:6 And nowe ye knowe what withholdeth: euen that he might be vttered at his his tyme. And now ye knowe what wythholdesh: euen that he myght be vttered at ho tyme. And nowe ye knowe what withholdeth: euen that he might be vttered at his his tyme. And now ye knowe what withholdeth: euen that he might be Tttered at his tyme.
2:7 (For the mistery of the iniquite doeth all readie worke: tyll he which now onlye letteth/ be takē out of the waye.) For the mystery of the inyo doeth all readye worcke : tyll he which now onlye letteth, be taken out of. waye. For the mysterie of the iniquitie doth already worke, onely he which now letteth, shal let til he be taken out of the way.
2:8 And then shall that wicked be vttered/ whō the Lorde shall consume with the sprete of his mouth/ and shall destroye it with the aperaunce of his comminge/ And then shall that wycked vttered, whom the Lorde shall conso wyth the sprete of hys mouth, and shall destroye wyth the appearaunce of hys commynge oeuen hym whose commo And then shall that wicked be vttered, whō the Lorde shall consume with the sprete of his mouth, and shall destroye it with the aperaunce of his comminge, And then shal that wicked man be vttered, whom the Lord shal consume with the Sprite of his mouth, and shal destroye him with the appearance of his comming.
2:9 euen him whose comminge is by the workinge of Satan/ with all lyinge power/ signes and wonders: ; is after the workynge of Satan, wo d lyinge power sygnes and wonders: euen him whose comminge is by the workinge of Satan, with all lyinge power, signes and wonders: Euen him whose commyng is by the working of Satan, with all power, sygnes, and lying wonders.
2:10 and in all deceauablenes of vnrightewesnes/ amonge them that perysshe: because they receaued not the (loue) of the truth/ that they myght haue bene saued. with all deceauablenes of vnryghtwo amonge them that perysshe be they receaued not the loue of the truth, that they myght be saued. and in all deceauablenes of vnrightewesnes, amonge them that perysshe: because they receaued not the (loue) of the truth, that they myght haue bene saued. 2:12 that all they myght be damned which beleued not the trueth/ but had pleasure in vnrightewesnes. that all they myght be damned, whych beleued not the trueth : but had pleasure nin vs. ryghtewesnes. that all they myght be damned which beleued not the trueth, but had pleasure in vnrightewesnes. 2:14 wherunto he called you by oure gospell/ to obtayne the glorye that commeth of oure Lorde Iesu Christ. wher. wnto he called you by oure Gospell,to ob.tayne the glorye of oure Lord Iesu Christ. wherunto he called you by oure gospell, to obtayne the glorye that commeth of oure Lorde Iesu Christ. 2:15 Therfore brethren stonde fast/ & kepe the ordinaunces which ye haue learned: whether it were by oure preachinge or by epistle. Therfore brethren stande fast, and kepethe ordinaunces whych ye haueleam. ed: whether it were by oure preaching, or by Epistle. 2:17 comforte youre hertes/ & stablisshe you in all doctrine & good doynge. comforte youre nhertes, and stablysshe you in all good sayenge and doynge. comforte youre hertes, & stablisshe you in all doctrine & good doynge. Comfort your hearts, and staish you in all doctrine and good doing.
